The Regence BlueShield DentalOne plan is a managed care plan which means your expenses stay as low as possible, through cost-effective dental care and an emphasis on prevention. Clients must go to a Willamette Dental facility to receive care, which are located throughout the State of Washington, a central scheduling line and appointments Monday thru Saturday. Prime Star
PrimeStar is a fully insured plan that allows you to visit the dentist of your choice. There is a maximum per calendar year benefit, and there are no waiting periods; rather a tiered benefit over 3 years, where at the third year you are covered at the maximum level. Dental Health Services
Dental Health Services’ SmartSmile plans have no deductibles, no waiting periods, no maximums, and no preexisting condition exclusions. They carry benefits for orthodontia and dentures as well. You pay only your monthly premium, plus the copayment for each service rendered, as listed in a Schedule of Covered Services and Copayments. Willamette Dental
MultiFlex offers a variety of traditional dental insurance plans. Once you’ve met the waiting period (None for preventive services, 6 months for basic services, and 18 months for major services) you are covered at the full benefit level.
